The office that is still open at 7 p.m.

Most chiropractic offices in north Fulton lock up at five. If you work a normal schedule, that leaves you three bad options: leave early and lose the hours, take a half day, or skip the appointment. People usually pick the third one — and a treatment plan with holes in it is a treatment plan that does not work.

This office runs long on purpose. Monday through Friday we see patients from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday is 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday runs 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Come before work, come after work, or come on a Sunday afternoon. Same-day appointments are available if something just happened.

Getting here from GA-400

We are at 700 Old Roswell Lakes Pkwy, Suite 230, in the office park off Old Roswell Lakes Parkway. From GA-400, take the Holcomb Bridge Road exit and head west; you are a few minutes out. Parking is free, and there is accessible parking near the entrance.

From Alpharetta it is about four miles. Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Peachtree Corners and east Cobb are all a straightforward drive, and patients from across north Fulton see us here.

Just been in a car accident?

It is the single most common reason people walk into this office, and it comes with rules that are specific to Georgia — which is an at-fault state with no mandatory PIP, unlike Florida. How the treatment gets paid for, what your file has to contain, and how long you actually have all work differently here than the advice you will find online.

Why Roswell patients come in

Back and neck pain

The bulk of what we see. Desk posture, lifting, a bad night’s sleep that turned into three weeks of it — we find the mechanical cause rather than chasing the ache.

Prenatal, Webster certified

Dr. Matias holds Webster Technique certification, a protocol built specifically for pregnancy. Gentle enough for the third trimester.

Sciatica and disc pain

Non-surgical spinal decompression to take pressure off the disc and the nerve root, for pain that travels down the leg.

Headaches and migraines

When a headache starts at the base of the skull, the neck is usually the source. Treating the neck is what ends it.

Kids and teens

Featherlight, age-appropriate adjustments — infants through high-school athletes.

Sports and overuse

We treat the injury and then fix the mechanics that produced it, so it does not come back next season.

Se habla español, and not as an afterthought

Dr. Soammy L. Matias is from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. She explains the exam, the findings and the plan in Spanish herself — you will not need to bring anyone to translate, and nothing gets lost on the way through a third person.
